“In Him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace.”
Ephesians 1:7 NIV
Forgiveness, can it be, that you have truly forgiven me? Unworthy, full of shame. kneeling before you, broken, in pain. Repentance, in my soul, knowing I've fallen away from you. Desiring, in my heart, to go home again, never to part. Unforgiven, only by me, your Word promises to set me free. Determined, not to go anywhere you aren't calling me. Forgiveness, can it be? Grace so amazing, falling on me.
“Therefore, my friends, I want you to know that through Jesus the forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you.”
Acts 13:38 NIV
Forgiveness, is ours dear hearts, if we will only turn and ask. And if He promises to forgive us, who are we to not forgive ourselves? Take that burden off your shoulders and throw it at the feet of our gracious, loving Saviour! Then rest in the sweetness of a right relationship with Him in freedom.
Be well!
